In Victorian England, spikes were welded into chain to discourage loiterers. Today, Victorian Spiked Chain is typically used for esthetic purposes and is commonly seen throughout the U.K. adorning estates, parks and monuments. Similar to our regular chain selection, the Victorian Spiked Chain is also black polyester powder coated over hot dipped galvanized which produces a rich finish that will not rust.
