Brutus Torsion Gate Spring

The Brutus Torsion Gate Spring is designed to apply a ‘torsion’ force to your gate and close it. It is meant to be twisted to apply force and not stretched. This means, that when installed correctly, the act of opening the gate will further wind and/or twist the spring and when you let go of the gate the spring will want to return to its resting position.
