IT DOES NOT HAVE A LOCKING MECHANISM OR MECHANICAL LATCH AND IS SURFACE MOUNTED. THE LATCH IS ADJUSTABLE WITH A BACKSET OF 60MM 2-38 OR 70MM 2-34, AND IT FITS DOORS THAT ARE 35 TO 45MM 1-38 TO 1-34 THICK. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LATCH PLATE IS SQUARE AND CANNOT BE REMOVED. THE MATERIAL OF THE HANDLE IS SATIN NICKEL WITH A PRIMARY MATERIAL OF ZINC, AND THE PACKAGE INCLUDES THE DOOR KNOB PARTS AND ALL INSTALLATION SCREWS.
